Un acheteur a pay\u00e9 8 500 bahts pour des articles command\u00e9s sur Facebook Marketplace qui n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s. Le vendeur a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 en vertu de l\u2019 <b>article 343 du Code p\u00e9nal<\/b> et <b>article 14(1) de la loi sur les crimes informatiques<\/b>, mais la Cour supr\u00eame <b>a suspendu la peine en vertu de l\u2019article 56<\/b>: le pr\u00e9venu avait rembours\u00e9 plus du double du pr\u00e9judice, avait avou\u00e9 et n\u2019avait commis aucune infraction pendant une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es.
