Un cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 l'exportation d'une banque a fait d\u00e9faut, l'entreprise emprunteuse a fait faillite, et le Tribunal central des faillites a ensuite a annul\u00e9 la faillite<\/b> sous Loi sur la faillite, art. 135(3)<\/strong>.
