In <b>Dika 212\/2569<\/b>, a condominium juristic person and six unit owners fought a municipality over a <b>state property certificate (\u0e19.\u0e2a.\u0e25.)<\/b> blocking their land titles &mdash; the Court says a fight over <b>who owns the land<\/b> belongs in the ordinary courts. In <b>Dika 213\/2569<\/b>, a family occupying land since 1935 attacked the Treasury&#8217;s registration of the area as State property &mdash; that challenge to an <b>official act<\/b> belongs in the Administrative Court.<\/p>\n<p>File in the wrong forum and you can lose a year before anyone argues about the land itself.
