La R\u00e8glement du Cabinet du Premier ministre concernant l'expulsion, B.E. 2569<\/b> a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 26 ao\u00fbt, publi\u00e9 au Gazette royale du 27 ao\u00fbt<\/b> et est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 28 ao\u00fbt 2026<\/b>. Il \u00e9num\u00e8re six motifs d'expulsion : entr\u00e9e ou s\u00e9jour irr\u00e9guliers, travail ill\u00e9gal, activit\u00e9 commerciale ill\u00e9gale, falsification ou usage de documents officiels falsifi\u00e9s, toute condamnation emportant cinq ans d'emprisonnement ou plus<\/b> (le projet du Cabinet en pr\u00e9voyant trois), et en tant qu'auteur principal, instigateur ou partisan de l'un d'eux.<\/p>\n

M\u00e9canisme : le D\u00e9partement des corrections doit notifier le minist\u00e8re de l'Int\u00e9rieur 15 jours avant<\/b> la lib\u00e9ration d'un prisonnier \u00e9tranger ; le Ministre de l'Int\u00e9rieur<\/b> signe la commande et a le dernier mot sur les litiges ; un transfert vers un pays tiers doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai de 30 jours<\/b>, prolongeable deux fois, aux frais de la partie requ\u00e9rante. Les \u00e9trangers faisant l'objet d'une proc\u00e9dure p\u00e9nale en cours font d\u00e9sormais face \u00e0 une proc\u00e9dure d'expulsion qui commence avant la fin de la peine.<\/p>\n
