Cent quatre jours apr\u00e8s que le Cabinet avait approuv\u00e9 la r\u00e9duction des p\u00e9riodes de s\u00e9jour exemptes de visa de 60 \u00e0 30 jours<\/b> (19 mai 2026), l\u2019avis du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur n\u2019a toujours pas \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9. La r\u00e8gle des 60 jours s'applique toujours<\/b> \u00e0 tous les a\u00e9roports et aux fronti\u00e8res terrestres, et le changement ne s\u2019appliquera que 15 jours apr\u00e8s<\/b> la publication au Journal officiel. Le r\u00e8glement sur les expulsions mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus montre que le circuit de publication au Journal officiel fonctionne de nouveau\u00a0; celui-ci ne devrait donc peut-\u00eatre plus attendre tr\u00e8s longtemps.<\/p>\n

Toujours pas publi\u00e9 : le d\u00e9cret royal exemptant les revenus provenant de sources \u00e9trang\u00e8res vers\u00e9s l\u2019ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 ils sont per\u00e7us ou l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que cela soit publi\u00e9, les r\u00e8gles de d\u00e9claration de 2024 s\u2019appliquent aux revenus de 2026.<\/p>\n
