One hundred and four days after the Cabinet approved cutting visa-exempt stays from 60 to 30 jours<\/b> (19 May 2026), the Interior Ministry notification has still not been published. The La r\u00e8gle des 60 jours s'applique toujours<\/b> at every airport and land border, and the change only bites 15 days after<\/b> Gazette publication. The deportation regulation above shows the Gazette pipeline is moving again, so this one may not wait much longer.<\/p>\n

Also still unpublished: the royal decree exempting foreign-sourced income remitted in the year it is earned or the following year. Until it appears, the 2024 remittance rules apply to 2026 income.<\/p>\n
