C'est fait.<\/b> Cent quatre jours apr\u00e8s que le Conseil des ministres a approuv\u00e9 la coupe (19 mai 2026), les annonces du minist\u00e8re de l'Int\u00e9rieur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es dans le Journal officiel du 31 ao\u00fbt 2026<\/b> (Volume 143, Partie sp\u00e9ciale 207 Ngor ; les avis sont sign\u00e9s le 26 ao\u00fbt 2026). Ils prennent effet 15 jours apr\u00e8s leur publication : \u00e0 compter du 15 septembre 2026<\/b>, l'entr\u00e9e sans visa est 30 jours<\/b> (tourisme uniquement) pour une liste finale de 60 pays et territoires<\/b>, rempla\u00e7ant l'exemption de 60 jours qui couvrait 93 pays depuis juillet 2024.<\/p>\n

The final scheme covers 60 countries and territories for 30-day tourism admission. Mauritius and Seychelles receive 15 days under the unilateral scheme; Visa on Arrival covers Azerbaijan, Belarus and Serbia. The land-border visa-exemption cap and its nationality exceptions must be read separately from visa-based entry and applicable bilateral agreements.<\/p>\n

Practical points: travelers admitted on or before 14 September 2026 keep their 60 days<\/b>; the one-time 30-day extension (1,900 THB) survives; countries dropped from the list fall back on bilateral agreements where one exists (China and Russia at 30 days, South Korea at 90), otherwise the e-Visa or the 60-day tourist visa.<\/p>\n
