What did change: Ministerial Regulation No. 5 B.E. 2569<\/b>, published in the Royal Gazette in late August, lifts the licence requirement for eight service businesses<\/b> only: Type 1 telecoms without an own network, treasury centres, securities-backed lending and reverse repos, certain derivatives services, intra-group administrative, HR and IT services and domestic guarantees between related companies, petroleum drilling under direct contracts with concessionaires, and ATM or vending machine space for a company’s own staff.
