In <b>Dika 2412\/2569<\/b>, published on 18 September, the Supreme Court upheld convictions under <b>section 14(1)(4)(5) of the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550<\/b> and left <b>six months&#8217; imprisonment<\/b> each in place, <b>unsuspended<\/b>, with a 500 baht fine.<\/p>\n<p>The court did trim the charge sheet: uploading and disseminating were a <b>single offence<\/b> Selon le <b>Penal Code section 91<\/b>, not two. That helps defendants facing stacked counts.
