Owners who took that option are at the last of the three now.<\/p>\n<p>Two practical points. An objection to an assessment goes to the local executive <b>within 30 days<\/b> of the notice, and late payment attracts surcharge and penalty. And the facts that decide liability were fixed on <b>1 January<\/b>.
