The Official Receiver&#8217;s notice carries a Royal Gazette publication date of <b>1er octobre 2026<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>That date is the one that counts. Every creditor, whether or not it joined the petition, must file a proof of claim with the Official Receiver within <b>deux mois<\/b> of publication, which puts the deadline at about <b>1 December 2026<\/b>. Anyone who owes the company money or holds its property has a separate <b>one-month<\/b> duty to report it.<\/p>\n<p>Foreign suppliers and licensors are the ones who usually find out late.
