The duty comes from Article 38 de la loi thaïlandaise sur l'immigration de B.E. 2522 (1979) and falls on the owner, landlord or possessor of the dwelling, not on the foreign guest. Immigration offices routinely ask to see the TM30 receipt when a foreigner applies for a visa extension, a permis de travail ou un 90-day report (TM.47).

Table des matières

Cadre juridique

Documents requis

Méthodes de soumission

Conformité et sanctions

Cadre juridique

L'obligation est fixée par l'article 38 de la loi sur l'immigration de 2522 (1979).
