Il d\u00e9signe le droit du propri\u00e9taire de consommer, modifier, d\u00e9truire, c\u00e9der ou disposer autrement de son bien. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00ab usus \u00bb (droit d&#039;usage) et au \u00ab fructus \u00bb (droit aux fruits), l&#039;abusus constitue l&#039;ensemble des droits qui forment la pleine propri\u00e9t\u00e9 (dominium).
