A province<\/strong> (\u0e08\u0e31\u0e07\u0e2b\u0e27\u0e31\u0e14, also spelled jangwat<\/em>) est un province of Thailand<\/strong>, the country’s first-level administrative division. Thailand has 76 provinces plus Bangkok, which is a special administrative area with province-level status, so official lists often count 77. Each changwat is divided into districts (amphoe<\/a>), sub-districts (tambon<\/a>) and villages (muban).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
