Section 12 of the National Health Act B.E. 2550 (2007) gives everyone in Thailand, foreigners included, the right to make that refusal in writing, and Thai hospitals are required to respect it. The formalities that make such a refusal effective are set by the Ministerial Regulation of B.E. 2553 (2010)<\/a> issued under that section, which is the instrument this generator follows.
