It protects sensitive information shared between two or more parties. You can download the NDA templates for Thailand entirely for free below. Here\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Non-disclosure_agreement\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Wikipedia on Non-Disclosure Agreement.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An NDA protects confidential information from being shared improperly. In Thailand it is used for partnerships, investments, employment, and increasingly in private mediation. A workable agreement defines what counts as confidential, who may see it, how long the duty lasts, and what happens if it is breached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The templates below are ours and they are free. Be careful with generic NDA templates found elsewhere on the internet: most are drafted for common-law jurisdictions, name the wrong courts, and contain <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thailawonline.com\/glossary\/penalty-clause\/\">penalty clauses<\/a> that a Thai court can reduce to a reasonable amount if they are excessive (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thailawonline.com\/glossary\/thai-civil-and-commercial-code\/\">Civil and Commercial Code section 383<\/a>).
