Class action lawsuits are still relatively new in Thailand, but they\u2019re becoming more important. Since 2015, groups of people with similar legal problems can file a single lawsuit together. This makes the process more affordable and efficient, especially when individual claims are too small to pursue on their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
