L&#039;ancien plafond de 15\u00a0000 bahts par mois, en vigueur depuis des d\u00e9cennies, \u00e9tait d\u00e9connect\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9volution r\u00e9elle des salaires. Un nouveau d\u00e9cret minist\u00e9riel a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel le 12 d\u00e9cembre 2025. Le taux de cotisation salariale reste \u00e0 5\u00a0% pour l\u2019employeur comme pour l\u2019employ\u00e9. Toutefois, ce nouveau plafond porte le montant maximal des cotisations mensuelles de 750 \u00e0 875 bahts pour chaque partie. Le total des cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vera donc \u00e0 1\u00a0750 bahts par mois pour les employ\u00e9s percevant un salaire \u00e9gal ou sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 17\u00a0500 bahts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les phases suivantes sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 programm\u00e9es\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Du 1er janvier 2029 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2031, la limite passera \u00e0 20\u00a0000 bahts. Chaque partie pourra contribuer \u00e0 hauteur de 1\u00a0000 bahts maximum par mois, pour un total de 2\u00a0000 bahts.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 compter du 1er janvier 2032, la limite passera \u00e0 23\u00a0000 bahts. Chaque partie pourra verser un maximum de 1\u00a0150 bahts par mois, pour un total de 2\u00a0300 bahts.<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re modification officielle remonte \u00e0 plus de 30 ans. La loi sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale a fix\u00e9 le plafond de 15\u00a0000 bahts dans les ann\u00e9es 1990. La nouvelle r\u00e9glementation aligne l&#039;assiette de cotisation sur les niveaux de salaire actuels et augmente les prestations, notamment les indemnit\u00e9s de maladie, d&#039;invalidit\u00e9, de ch\u00f4mage, de maternit\u00e9, de d\u00e9c\u00e8s et les pensions de vieillesse.
