Three decisions were added to the community Dika database this week: 3126\/2569<\/b> on 22 October, tagged to Civil Procedure Code sections 206 and 207<\/b> (default of appearance and setting aside a default judgment), and on 23 October 924\/2569<\/b>, a criminal case under section 78 of the Firearms Act B.E. 2490<\/b>, \u0e41\u0e25\u0e30 2400\/2569<\/b>, a civil claim under Civil and Commercial Code section 1336<\/b>, the owner’s right to recover property from whoever holds it.<\/p>\n

We are not summarising the holdings yet. The individual judgment pages would not open to us this week, and the official deka.supremecourt.or.th<\/b> has now been unreachable for fourteen weeks<\/b>. A decision does not go into our annotated code until someone has read it to the final disposition, so these three are logged and queued rather than written up.<\/p>\n
