There is one statutory exception, section 96 bis, and in practice it is almost never granted. Everything else you will read about, a Thai spouse buying in her own name, a registered lease, a usufruct, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thailawonline.com\/th\/glossary\/superficies-right\/\">\u0e1e\u0e37\u0e49\u0e19\u0e1c\u0e34\u0e27<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thailawonline.com\/th\/glossary\/sap-ing-sith-thailand\/\">sap ing sith<\/a>, a company, is not foreign land ownership.
