And the condominium section gave the Foreign Exchange Transaction form as the requirement, where the requirement is section 19 ter of the Condominium Act B.E. 2522, read for this review in the Thai text of the Act, which accepts three kinds of evidence and fixes the amount at not less than the price of the unit. You can withdraw up to 50,000 THB in one transaction. There is a processing fee that is like a single ATM fee. Each bank has its own rules regarding the maximum transaction amount and fees, so check beforehand. Do not treat the card itself as a way around Thai tax on foreign income. There is no new law: the Revenue Code was not amended, and what changed is the Revenue Department\u2019s reading of section 41, withdrawn for the same-year rule by Departmental Instruction Por. 161\/2566 with effect from 1 January 2024 and qualified for pre-2024 income by Por. 162\/2566. The charge turns on two things, neither of which is the payment instrument you use: whether you were a Thai tax resident, 180 days or more, in the year the income arose, and whether that income is brought into Thailand.
