The answers you give while filling in a document, whether or not you finish it. A copy of each document you generate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"why-we-hold-it\">Why we hold it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So that you do not have to type the same details into every document, so that an unfinished document is still there when you come back to it, and so that you can download a document again without paying for it twice. Our lawful basis is the performance of our contract with you, and your consent for the identity details you choose to save to your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-it-is-protected\">How it is protected<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your profile, your saved answers and your generated documents are encrypted before they are written to our server. Documents are stored outside the public part of the website and can only be reached by you, while signed in to your own account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-long-we-keep-it\">How long we keep it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generated documents are deleted automatically 24 months after they are created. Your profile and your saved answers are kept until you delete them or close your membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-you-can-do\">What you can do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can view, correct or delete your profile at any time from your profile page, and delete any generated document from your documents page. Deleting a document removes it from our server. You may also ask us to delete everything we hold about you by writing to info@thailawonline.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"who-else-sees-it\">Who else sees it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nobody. The Document Maker does not send your answers to any third party.
