However, many Law firms in Thailand will offer to find you Thai people for your company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company route costs more. You will spend money to set up a company. You also need to do accounting each year. Many documents have to be filed. But it\u2019s one of the only way to really own a property and be able to sell it should you wish. If you want to do business in Thailand and buy property, find a trustworthy Thai partner.
