But there\u2019s one option that almost nobody talks about: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thailawonline.com\/th\/glossary\/sap-ing-sith-thailand\/\">\u0e41\u0e0b\u0e1b\u0e1b\u0e34\u0e49\u0e07\u0e0b\u0e34\u0e18<\/a><\/strong> (\u0e2a\u0e34\u0e17\u0e18\u0e34\u0e40\u0e01\u0e47\u0e1a\u0e01\u0e34\u0e19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introduced by law in 2019, Sap-ing-sith rights allow foreigners to essentially own land and a house, not technically as \u201cownership,\u201d but with nearly all the same benefits. The right is valid for <strong>30 \u0e1b\u0e35<\/strong> \u0e41\u0e25\u0e30\u0e2a\u0e32\u0e21\u0e32\u0e23\u0e16\u0e15\u0e48\u0e2d\u0e2d\u0e32\u0e22\u0e38\u0e44\u0e14\u0e49<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0e40\u0e2b\u0e21\u0e32\u0e30\u0e2a\u0e33\u0e2b\u0e23\u0e31\u0e1a\u0e43\u0e04\u0e23?<\/strong> Imagine you\u2019re 40 or 50 years old. You want to build a house in Thailand. You want security for at least 30 years. You don\u2019t want the complexity of setting up a company or relying on a Thai partner\u2019s name on the title deed.
