Public-order concept (ศีลธรรมอันดี) invoked by Section 150 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code to annul juristic acts that violate public order or the good morals of the people. It also appears in immigration and censorship legislation. Thai courts interpret good morals in light of prevailing social values at the time of judgment, not at the time the contract was made.
