Company setup for foreign investors is one of our most complex services because the Department of Business Development has tightened its nominee screening: it runs an AI-driven detection system (IBAS) and, under its Central Registrar Orders, now asks for bank statements proving where the Thai shareholders’ money came from. What if my matter is small? Will you still take it?
Yes. Many of the testimonials on this page are from clients who came in for a single small matter (a will, a vehicle question, a rental contract). We treat small matters with the same care as large ones, on transparent fixed fees.
