What’s Not Included
- We do not go with you to the Land Department for the transfer. We will provide clear instructions to help you. This applies unless we state otherwise in writing, such as for the premium packages
- Taxes and registration fees (payable at the Land Office) are not included, obviously. We can help you to estimate them.
