Frequently Asked Questions
Why aren’t exact fees published for every service?
Two cases that look similar can differ in scope by 10x. We publish indicative ranges where we have enough data from past matters (Property Due Diligence, Bail, Criminal Defence). For everything else, we commit to a written fixed-fee or tiered quote after the consultation, so you never receive an unexpected bill.
What is included in the indicative ranges?
The ranges are firm fees only — legal work and representation. Government disbursements (filing fees, Land Office fees, embassy fees, official translations) are billed separately at cost. VAT 7% applies unless stated.
Do you accept retainers?
Yes — for clients with recurring legal needs (corporate, recurring property, ongoing immigration). Monthly retainers are quoted based on expected workload.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer to our Kasikorn Bank account, and PromptPay for Thai-domiciled clients. Wise transfers welcome for clients abroad.
