Updated September 2026. Unlike most law firms in Thailand, we publish our fees. No surprises, you see the price before you talk to us. Fees below are fixed, in Thai Baht. Government and third-party costs are itemized in your engagement letter. The police-clearance government filing fee is included in that service’s published price; other disbursements are charged at cost unless stated otherwise. Complex or contested matters are quoted individually after a consultation.

Consultation, review and drafting are separate services. A consultation may be sufficient for a short agreement or a specific question. A comprehensive review provides a written analysis of an existing document. Contract drafting creates a new agreement around your instructions.
Before payment, send the complete contract with every schedule and annex, or for new drafting, provide the parties’ details, the purpose of the agreement, payment terms, duration, deliverables and any special clauses already discussed.
We confirm whether the published fee fits the document before work begins. Unusually long or complex contracts, translation, negotiation with the other party, registration, notarisation, filing and court work require a separate written scope.

The Police Clearance fee includes application preparation, forms, submission, the government filing fee, follow-up, an emailed certificate scan when available and delivery of the original within Thailand.
