Sebastien H. Brousseau, LL.B., B.Sc. — Managing Director
Sebastien H. Brousseau is a Canadian lawyer and permanent resident of Thailand with approximately 30 years of legal experience across both Civil and Common Law systems. He has been working with Thai lawyers since 2006 and has managed law firms in Thailand and non-profit organisations in Canada. He holds permanent residency in Thailand and currently manages ThaiLawOnline in Bangkok, with a goal of being one of the first law firms in Thailand to leverage AI for enhanced efficiency.
Sebastien trained under some of the most respected trial lawyers, including Pierre Poupart in Montreal — notably on the case of the first woman accused of genocide at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. He has also worked with Girouard Peris Goldenberg Pappas & Brabant and Siam-Legal. In 2006 he began practising with Thai lawyers and founded Isaan Lawyer, which he managed until December 2021 before focusing full-time on ThaiLawOnline.
