A Thai national holding an LL.B. from a law school recognised by the Thai government, who has passed the Lawyers Council of Thailand bar examination and has been admitted to the Council’s roll of practitioners. Only a licensed Thai lawyer is entitled to appear in Thai courts, sign pleadings, and use the title ‘thanai khwam’ (ทนายความ).
