Thai national admitted to the roll of the Lawyers Council of Thailand after passing the bar examination. The registered lawyer must renew their licence every two years, complete the continuing-legal-education requirement, and observe the Council’s code of ethics. Only a registered Thai lawyer may sign court pleadings and represent clients in Thai tribunals.
