Visitation Rights

The non-custodial parent’s right to maintain regular personal contact with their child after divorce or separation, under Section 1584/1 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code. Visitation is ordered by the Juvenile and Family Court, may be supervised where appropriate, and can be varied if circumstances change. Denial of visitation without cause exposes the custodial parent to enforcement and potential change of custody.
