• Last Will and Testament · พินัยกรรม

  Proof of rent or key money paid under a lease.

  Secured by mortgage if you want, for up to three borrowers who are jointly and severally liable. Interest capped at 15 percent a year under section 654.
• Promissory Note · ตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงิน
  A negotiable instrument under section 982. You must sue within three years of maturity, where a loan agreement gives you ten.

• Prenuptial Agreement · สัญญาก่อนสมรส
  With full financial disclosure schedules for both parties. It must be entered in the marriage register at the time you register the marriage, or under section 1466 it binds nobody else.
