AI Legal Assistant for Thai Law, Free

Last updated on August 8, 2026

Ask a question about Thai law and get a straight answer, free, in English, French or Thai. Our assistant is trained on Thai statutes and on the firm’s own database of more than 84,000 Supreme Court decisions, and it will tell you when a question needs a lawyer rather than guessing at it.

Start here

Our assistant is trained on Thai law and 84,000+ Supreme Court decisions, and it is free to use. For advice you can actually rely on, a lawyer reads your situation in a paid consultation. Free access, paid advice: we would rather be straight about which is which.

What it is good at

  • Explaining what Thai law actually says, with the Civil and Commercial Code section it comes from
  • Walking you through a process: registering a lease, a usufruct, a marriage, a company
  • Telling you which documents you need before you start
  • Answering in your language. English, French and Thai are all first class
  • Telling you our fees, which it reads from the same published list as the rest of this site, so it cannot quote you a number we do not honour

What it will not do

It will not tell you whether you will win. It will not predict how a court will rule, whether an application will be approved, or how long a judge will take. No honest lawyer answers those questions without reading the file, and we would rather the assistant said so than made something up to sound helpful.

It also will not invent a fee. If a price is not on our published list it will say so and send you to the fees page rather than estimate.

Free access, paid advice

Plenty of firms advertise a free consultation. We think that is the wrong thing to give away, because it quietly says that a lawyer’s time and judgment are worth nothing. What we give away instead is access: ask as much as you like, at any hour, without booking anything or speaking to a salesperson.

When your question stops being about what the law says and starts being about your specific documents, dates and facts, that is the point where a lawyer needs to read them. That is a paid consultation, one hour, with a bilingual Thai-licensed attorney, and you get a written fee estimate before any work begins.

Important: this is information, not legal advice

Answers from the assistant are general information about Thai law. They are not legal advice, they do not create a lawyer and client relationship, and they are not a substitute for having a licensed lawyer look at your situation. Thai law changes, and a general answer cannot account for facts it has not been told. Do not act on an answer alone where money, property, immigration status or a court deadline is involved.

Please do not paste passport numbers, bank details or anything you would not want stored. Conversations are kept so we can improve the answers and follow up if you ask us to.
