Artificial legal entity recognised by Sections 65–136 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, including companies, partnerships, foundations, associations, and government agencies. A juristic person has its own legal personality distinct from its members, can hold property, sue and be sued, enter into contracts, and incur liability, within the limits of its objects.
