The Department of Business Development (กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า) of the Ministry of Commerce is the Thai registrar of companies, partnerships, and business licences. DBD maintains the corporate registry, issues company affidavits and certified copies, administers the Foreign Business Act licensing regime, and publishes annual financial statements filed by Thai juristic persons.
