Naked Owner

Owner of property whose right is reduced by a usufruct, superficies or other real right held by another person. The naked owner retains title (abusus) but has no current right to use or enjoy the property. When the dismembered right terminates, full ownership consolidates automatically in the naked owner — a concept derived from Roman law and recognised in the Thai Civil and Commercial Code.
