The person holding a usufruct right over the immovable property of another. The usufructuary is entitled to use and take the fruits (usus and fructus) but must preserve the substance of the property and return it at the end of the term. Rights and duties of the usufructuary are detailed in Sections 1417–1428 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code.
