Prenuptial Agreement

Contract between future spouses governing the management and division of property during marriage, under Sections 1465–1469 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code. To be valid, a prenuptial must be in writing, signed by both parties, witnessed by two adult witnesses, recorded in the marriage register on the day of the wedding at the amphur, and may be amended only by court order afterwards.
