Property belonging exclusively to one spouse under Sections 1471–1473 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code: property owned before the marriage, property acquired during marriage by inheritance or gift, property for personal use, and tools of the trade. Sin suan tua remains with the original owner on divorce and is not subject to division with the spouse.
