A broad new deportation regulation reaches the Council of State as an urgent matter

Deputy PM Pakorn Nilprapunt confirmed the draft deportation regulation went to the Council of State as an urgent matter. The disclosed text includes state-funded removals, a broad public good and Thai moral and social norms ground, and removal within 30 days of completing a prison sentence. Not law yet.
