Talk to a lawyer about your situation in Thailand. We advise expatriates, foreign investors and international families in English, French and Thai, and have done so since 2006. We prefer online consultations. All meetings, including office visits, are by appointment only. Please arrange your appointment before visiting.

Consultations
We work by appointment rather than fixed office hours, so you speak to a lawyer at a time that is booked for you.
Book a consultationSend us a message
Tell us briefly what you need. We reply within 24 to 48 hours.
Sending a message does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Please do not include confidential details until we have confirmed we can act for you.
Online by default, in person when agreed
Email reaches us fastest. Consultations, document drafting and most reviews are handled online, by email, video call, phone, LINE or WhatsApp. There is no walk-in service: an office visit needs a confirmed appointment.
| What you need | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| Advice about your situation | Book a one-hour online consultation (2,000 THB). |
| A fixed-fee document or service, such as a Will, a prenuptial agreement or a police clearance | Start from the service page or email us. We confirm the scope, the fee and what we need from you before any work starts. |
| A meeting at our Bangkok office | By appointment only, confirmed by email beforehand, with the purpose of the meeting and who will attend. |
| Someone to go with you to the Amphur, the Land Office, Immigration or a police station | Included only where the service says so, or quoted separately in advance. Do not assume an escort or interpreter is included. |
| Court representation | A separate case review, fee proposal and engagement letter. |
If you want someone to attend a government office with you, send us the office, the purpose of the appointment, the documents involved and the date you have in mind. We tell you whether attendance is needed and whether we can provide it.
Questions about visits and appointments
Can I visit your office without an appointment?
No. There is no walk-in service. Consultations are online by default, and an office meeting takes place only once the appointment, its purpose and the people attending have been confirmed by email.
Will someone go with me to the Amphur or the Land Office?
Only when attendance is part of the agreed service or has been quoted separately in advance. Many of our drafting services give you the document and bilingual signing instructions, but do not include an escort, an interpreter, witnesses or attendance at a government office.
