How to Book Your Consultation
- Fill in the online booking form. Choose the practice area, your preferred date and time (Thailand time) and how you want to talk: video call, phone, LINE or WhatsApp. If you prefer French or Thai, say so in the form.
- Submit the form and keep the booking reference shown on screen.
- Pay the 2,000 THB consultation fee using the instructions provided for your booking. Include your booking reference with the payment.
- Send us your payment slip and your file. Upload the slip on the booking page, or follow the instructions on your booking confirmation. Email a short summary of your matter and your key documents to info@thailawonline.com, with your booking reference in the subject line.
- We confirm the appointment after payment, normally within 24 hours. Submitting the form alone does not reserve the consultation.
Please book at least 24 hours in advance. We are often in court or in client meetings, so same-day requests can rarely be accommodated except for emergencies (e.g. someone in custody).
What should I send before the consultation?
Send a short chronology, the questions you want answered, any deadline coming up, and the documents that matter most: a contract, a court paper, a marriage or divorce document, a police report, a title deed, screenshots or correspondence.
Do not send everything you have without explanation. Say what each important document is and why it matters. That way the paid hour goes on advice, not on rebuilding the basic facts.

Can you represent me in court?
Our licensed Thai attorneys can represent you in courts across Thailand. Online consultation is for advice and case strategy; courtroom representation requires in-person attendance and a separate engagement letter.
What if my case is urgent, someone is in jail?
Email or call us directly. Emergency cases (custody, deportation hold) are handled outside the 24-hour booking rule whenever possible.
Are consultations confidential?
Yes. Communications with our licensed Thai attorneys are protected by attorney-client privilege under Thai law. We follow strict privacy practices throughout the engagement.
What languages do you offer?
English, French (Mr. Brousseau), and Thai (Khun Wichuda). Other languages can be arranged with a prior interpreter request.
Can I get a refund?
We do not refund consultation fees once the session has taken place, but if technical issues prevent the session from happening, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
