- We schedule your video call within 24 hours and confirm the time by email.
Please book at least 24 hours in advance. We are often in court or in client meetings, so same-day requests can rarely be accommodated except for emergencies (e.g. someone in custody).

What if my case is urgent — someone is in jail?
Email or call us directly. Emergency cases (custody, deportation hold) are handled outside the 24-hour booking rule whenever possible.
Are consultations confidential?
Yes. Communications with our licensed Thai attorneys are protected by attorney-client privilege under Thai law. We follow strict privacy practices throughout the engagement.
What languages do you offer?
English, French (Mr. Brousseau), and Thai (Khun Wichuda). Other languages can be arranged with a prior interpreter request.
Can I get a refund?
We do not refund consultation fees once the session has taken place, but if technical issues prevent the session from happening, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
