สมาคมย่อมเลิกด้วยเหตุหนึ่งเหตุใดดังต่อไปนี้(๑) เมื่อมีเหตุตามที่กำหนดในข้อบังคับ (๒) ถ้าสมาคมตั้งขึ้นไว้เฉพาะระยะเวลาใด เมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลานั้น (๓) ถ้าสมาคมตั้งขึ้นเพื่อกระทำกิจการใด เมื่อกิจการนั้นสำเร็จแล้ว (๔) เมื่อที่ประชุมใหญ่มีมติให้เลิก (๕) เมื่อสมาคมล้มละลาย (๖) เมื่อนายทะเบียนถอนชื่อสมาคมออกจากทะเบียนตาม

English translation
An association is dissolve: (1) In the cases provided in its regulations, or (2) If formed for a definite period of time, by the expiration of such period, or (3) If formed for any undertaking, by the termination of such undertaking, or (4) By a resolution to dissolve passed in a general meeting, or (5) By the association becoming bankrupt, or (6) By having its name struck of the register by the Registrar under Section 102, or (7) By an order of the Court under Section 104.
