มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม สิทธิเรียกร้องค่าทดแทน หรือค่าเลี้ยงชีพตามวรรคสาม มีกำหนดอายุความสองปีนับแต่วันที่มีคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุด สำหรับกรณีการสมรสเป็นโมฆะเพราะฝ่าฝืน
