ผู้ปกครองเป็นผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมของผู้อยู่ในปกครอง ให้นำมาตรา ๑๕๗๐ มาตรา ๑๕๗๑ มาตรา ๑๕๗๒ มาตรา ๑๕๗๔ มาตรา ๑๕๗๕ มาตรา ๑๕๗๖ และมาตรา ๑๕๗๗ มาใช้บังคับแก่ผู้ปกครองและผู้อยู่ในปกครองโดยอนุโลม
