หรือรายการซึ่งจดแจ้งในคำขอหรือข้อบังคับไม่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคม หรือผู้จะเป็นกรรมการของสมาคมมีฐานะหรือความประพฤติไม่เหมาะสมในการดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคม ให้มีคำสั่งให้ผู้ยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงให้ถูกต้อง เมื่อแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงถูกต้องแล้ว ให้รับจดทะเบียนและออกใบสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียนให้และสมาคมนั้น ถ้านายทะเบียนเห็นว่าไม่อาจรับจดทะเบียนได้เนื่องจากวัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคมขัดต่อกฎหมายหรือศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน หรืออาจเป็นภยันตรายต่อความสงบสุขของประชาชนหรือความมั่นคงของรัฐ หรือผู้ยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนไม่แก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงให้ถูกต้องภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ทราบคำสั่งของนายทะเบียน ให้นายทะเบียนมีคำสั่งไม่รับจดทะเบียนและแจ้งคำสั่งพร้อมด้วยเหตุผลที่ไม่รับจดทะเบียนไปยังผู้ยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนโดยมิชักช้า ผู้ยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนมีสิทธิอุทธรณ์คำสั่งไม่รับจดทะเบียนนั้นต่อรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย โดยทำเป็นหนังสือยื่นต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งคำสั่งไม่รับจดทะเบียน ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์ และแจ้งคำวินิจฉัยให้ผู้อุทธรณ์ทราบภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันที่นายทะเบียนได้รับหนังสืออุทธรณ์ คำวินิจฉัยของรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยให้เป็นที่สุด

English translation
The regulations must at least have the following particulars: (1) The name of the association. (2) Its object. feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / (3) Address of its principal office and all its branches. (4) Rules for admission of its members and conclusion of membership. (5) Rates and member-fee. (6) Rules for the Committee of association, i.e. number of the directors, appointment of the directors, term of office of the directors, retirement of office of the directors and meetings of the Committee. (7) Rules for the management of the association, the keeping of accounts and the property of the association. (8) The association must have the word ‘association' incorporated with its name.
