สมาชิกของสมาคมต้องชำระค่าบำรุงเต็มจำนวนในวันที่สมัครเข้าเป็นสมาชิกหรือในวันเริ่มต้นของระยะเวลาชำระค่าบำรุง แล้วแต่กรณี เว้นแต่ข้อบังคับของสมาคมจะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
