Two adults photographed themselves, each consenting, and posted the images to their own public Twitter account. No minor, no coercion, and both pleaded guilty. In Dika 2412/2569, published on 18 September, the Supreme Court upheld convictions under section 14 paragraph one (4) and (5) of the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 and left six months’ imprisonment each in place, unsuspended, with a 500 baht fine for public indecency under Penal Code section 388.
