การกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๓๑๒ ตรี วรรคสอง และมาตรา ๓๑๗ หากเป็นการกระทำต่อเด็กอายุไม่เกินสิบสามปี ห้ามอ้างความไม่รู้อายุของเด็กเพื่อให้พ้นจากความผิดนั้น
English translation
Where an offence under Section 312 ter paragraph two or Section 317 is committed against a child not over thirteen years of age, ignorance of the child's age may not be pleaded in order to escape liability for that offence.
